This can take two forms:
Ongoing Partnership (Mentorship Option)
A sustained collaboration with 3 integration level options grounded in shared values and deeper alignment. This may include advisory, facilitation, programme design, or systems transformation.
Focused Project Engagement (One-time Contribution)
A defined, time-bound piece of work with a clear scope or outcome.

Join the Collective
The Collective is a shared learning and collaboration space for individuals, organisations, and initiatives aligned with regenerative practice.
Through Collective Guidance, members deepen their understanding of regenerative thinking, systems change, and practical application.
Through Collective Collaborations, members co-create projects, explore ideas, and initiate experiments together.
Some members contribute expertise.
Others participate primarily in learning.
Both are valued.
The Collective builds capacity, connection, and confidence.

WE REDO is a regenerative ecosystem — not a linear service model. There are two primary ways to engage, and movement between them is fluid.
Engagement is not fixed.
Collective members may move into paid project or partnership work.
Direct partners may later join the Collective.
Members may contribute expertise or focus on learning, depending on their capacity.
